These terms govern your use of Smorey Automation LLC services.

Service Description

Smorey Automation LLC provides a done-for-you AI receptionist service

for home service businesses. This includes 24/7 AI call handling,

automated SMS notifications, lead capture, and CRM integration.

SMS Program Details

Program name: Smorey Automation Notifications

Message frequency: Varies based on call volume. Typically 2-4 messages

per inbound call.

Message and data rates may apply.

To opt out: Reply STOP to any message.

Payment Terms

Services are billed monthly on the 1st of each month via Stripe.

A one-time setup fee applies at the start of service. All fees are

non-refundable after the service has been activated.

Cancellation

Clients may cancel at any time with 30 days written notice sent to

smoreybusiness@gmail.com. Service continues through the end of the

current billing period.

Limitation of Liability

Smorey Automation LLC is not liable for missed calls, lost leads, or

revenue loss resulting from technical outages outside of our control

including carrier outages, platform downtime, or internet disruptions.

Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use

of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
