and provides AI receptionist services to home service businesses.

Information We Collect

We collect information provided directly by our clients during onboarding

including business name, owner name, phone number, and email address. We

also collect caller information captured during AI-handled phone calls

including name, phone number, service address, and issue description.

How We Use Information

We use collected information to deliver our AI receptionist service, send

SMS notifications to business owners about incoming leads, send confirmation

texts to callers, and generate monthly performance reports for our clients.

SMS Messaging

By engaging with our service, clients and callers consent to receive

automated SMS messages. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out

at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help reply HELP.

Data Sharing

We do not sell or share personal information with third parties except as

necessary to deliver our service (including Twilio for SMS delivery, Retell

AI for voice handling, and GoHighLevel for CRM functionality).

Data Retention

We retain call and lead data for up to 12 months unless a client requests

earlier deletion.
